Please note that this was donated to us and at first glance we believed it to be brand new in the box, however some time after receiving it we have finally removed it from storage and found it to have slight staining of what would appear to be perhaps Coffee? (I tried to photograph it but i'm not sure it came across well)

The box does indeed  look new, although the polystyrene inside  is a little damaged and the top section of polystyrene is not in the box.

The mug itself looks in remarkably good condition HOWEVER, the heat reveal panel seems to be covered in white polystyrene due to the length of time it was stored away I'd imagine. Unfortunately without filling this with hot water ourselves we can't say for sure whether the HEAT REVEAL will still.... reveal, or if it has become "fixed in place" over time.

STILL makes a fantastic ornament though! And appears to be hard to get hold of in this specific design.

No chips, cracks, scuffs etc.
